This is kinda heavy. Not dark, just heavy. I like the story tho, like the characters (they have proper personalities), but there’s something in the way that the story is being written that is not grabbing my attention, idk why. But I respected a lot how she actually run away instead of being those FLs that talk for 50 chp about running away but never do.

Does anybody know where there’s more chapters done? I actually liked this one as I did find it very interesting! I’ve read so many but I often come back to check for any updates! As the comments below are explaining the plot I just wanted to say that I do recommend to give a read!

Not cliche to me, but I haven’t read much with demons involved:)
We have a drained FL, who suffered numerous death or near-death situations related to a pushed-on marriage with a king dragon. So she has been taken advantage of and is consequently wary of everyone and a bit of a cold fish, personalitywise.
The reason she relived her life seems to be her sincere plea at a temple of a forgotten deity as a child. Being the only follower of said deity, they seem to have a symbiotic relationship, since the deity appears to survive on belief.
On her 5th life, she escapes the dragon-king and wanders around aimlessly, reluctantly taking on some quests from her deity, now kind of degraded to a mere demon. We still have to learn about those, they seem to aim to restore power.
We have yet do discover what the dragon’s story is – unlike before, in her 5th attempt on life, he seems to be into our FL, yet fails to communicate with her properly about his actions.

Y’all the story is quite unique in a way.
Little summary:
Girl- orphan, keeps on dying, in every life was adopted by family and given to the emperor to pretend to be his ex-lover who will return after a year. She wants to get away from her fate and runs away.
Mini Spoilers!:
The emperor deluded himself into believing that she was his “dead” lover (she isn’t dead and will return) and when he went she got hurt he gave her his “elixir” (magic heart thing that can rejuvenate any person) and now she is the only person who can bare the emperor’s dragon babies. She runs away anyways, takes off her disguise, and finds the poor secondary male lead (I love that guy but he is NOT the male lead) and mystery adventure guy who always visits her (this guy is probably the male lead). She gets caught, kidnapped into a manor but runs away with the help of the adventurer guy.
Overall pretty nice story 👌
