There’s so much lamp-shading in this story and it’s painted as romantic by the author.
The fl is isolated, abused (mentally broken down) and neglected by her family. She’s then (saved) by the ml, who takes her away and isolates her again. She has no mentor and no experience to help her make good decisions. The only one she can rely on is the ml. The ml love-bombs her and uses her to get what he wants. If this was a revenge story the ml would be target #.1. Highly not recommended.

The story is intriguing. I love the ml – he’s not a red flag. FL – I cannot judge her totally for now, she’s been into pain all her life. I can’t blame her for being pessimistic – imagine people hate you for that stench coming out from you and,instead of protecting you,your family especially that bitch sister,spread lies that you’re a witch(?). I hope that that bitch did not die from the crown prince’s wrath and suffer from humiliation like what she did to Layla. With her arms cut and with a burnt face, she’s truly an epitome of a crazy bitch witch
