This is a good story. The author does a great job writing complex, meaningful characters. They all have different wants and desires that are believable and help add to some interesting world building. The FL’s trauma leads her to make some hard, and sometimes ‘wrong,’ decisions, but you can’t help but root for her. The comedy is great and the young prince’s interactions with his childhood friends are adorable!
Unfortunately, my biggest issues are with this story’s character consistency and poor translation (which are probably related). For example, the FL is considered very scary and powerful, but literally all the male leads periodically grab her arms, pull her around, speak rudely to her, etc. It feels like people are scared of her one minute and not the next. Also, some of the heart-to-heart conversations and plot explanations are confusing, but I think that’s primarily a translation issue.
Overall, still a great read! As of chapter 51, I’d give it a 8/10.

It starts strong if not a bit shaky but with the release of chapter 21 it just ruined itself. The writer clearly is an idiot. Read it if you want to, but this is garbage.

The synopsis is soooo intriguing. I need to know if there is a translated novel for this or if this promotional chapter will lead to future chapters.
